About Gertens Family of Businesses
Spikes & Houles is more than just a feed store. We are a part of the Gerten’s Family of Businesses, which includes all of our growing ranges, our Gertens Retail Store, our Landscape Supply & Yard Waste Recycling Centers, and our collection of e-commerce websites.
Our biggest retail store, Gertens, is one of North America’s largest garden centers and home to Minnesota’s largest selection of annuals, perennials, natives, houseplants, trees, shrubs, and evergreens. We’ve been “Growing in the Grove” in Inver Grove Heights since 1921 and our campus now covers over 100 acres of shopping and growing facilities.
