Description

Dithiopyr 40 WSB (Dimension herbicide) from Quali-Pro is a non staining pre emergent herbicide for the control of grassy weeds in established turf grasses. In an easy to use measured pouches Dithiopyr works well in commercial applications.

Target Pests

Dithiopyr is a pre emergent herbicide to stop weeds from growing. It can also be used to control crabgrass post emergently.

For Use In

Dithiopyr can be used on established grasses including bentgrass bluegrass fescue ryegrass bermuda St. augustine and zoysia. It is important that grasses are fully established before using Dithiopyr.

Application

Apply Quali-Pro Dithiopyr 40 WSB in early spring or summer for best results.

Long grasses should have 7.5oz of Dithiopyr per acre applied for total pre-emergent weed control.

Short length grasses need applications of 15oz of Dithiopyr per acre for pre-emergent control of weeds.

Mix needed rate of Dithiopyr with sufficient water to get even coverage. After application it is necessary to irrigate 1/2 inch of water for best results.

Coverage Area

Each 20oz of Dithiopyr 40 WSB will provide pre-emergent weed control for up to 4 acres.

Time to Kill

This product is for pre emergent control of weeds. It will only prevent weeds from growing not actively kill them.
