Cavalor Pianissimo is specially formulated for hot horses, horses prone to stress or horses that are hard to handle. This feed is also suitable for horses on stall rest. It is a low energy feed making it suitable for feeding in addition to roughage rich in protein (such spring grass) as it is not advisable to feed excessive amounts of protein on a daily basis. The low protein content also makes it ideal for horses reducing training after competition season, horses temporarily on stall rest (recovery) or horses sensitive to high levels of protein and are given pre-dried grass as roughage.
